At Fitspo, we know you're excited to receive your order, so we work hard to dispatch every parcel as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • During product launches, sales, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer due to increased order volumes.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Standard Shipping

Australia Wide

  • Estimated delivery: 2–8 business days
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and Australia Post or courier network.

Standard shipping is ideal if you're not in a rush and want a reliable, cost-effective delivery option.

Express Shipping

Australia Wide

  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
  • Express orders are prioritised for shipping; however, delivery times are dependent on the courier and your delivery location.

Please note that selecting Express Shipping speeds up the delivery service, but it does not guarantee same-day dispatch.

Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel has been shipped, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Severe weather
  • Public holidays
  • Peak shopping periods
  • Courier network delays
  • Regional or remote delivery locations

These circumstances are outside of Fitspo Apparel's control.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

Fitspo Apparel cannot be held responsible for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at:

International Shipping

International shipping is currently unavailable, but we're working towards offering worldwide delivery in the near future.
